Usage Includes:

• Urban farming
• Any legal use

4. MyGardensSpot Does Not Provide Listings

• Does NOT own or manage listings
• NOT part of Host-Guest agreements
• Acts as a neutral third party

Responsibilities:

• Provide platform access
• Process payments on behalf of Hosts

5. MyGardensSpot is Not an Agent

• Not acting as agent for users
• Only acts as payment collection agent

6. Service Disclaimer

• No guarantee of listing quality or safety
• No guarantee of accuracy
• No guarantee of user behavior

9. Legal Obligations (Host)

10. Host Responsibilities

• Responsible for own actions
